Lochaber Gathering Results (further update with more comment)

Lochaber Gathering was held today in a cool, damp Fort William. Pipers and judges were glad of the indoor facility at the Nevis Centre. A long day of piping in the Nevis Centre, Fort William. Some very good playing with many pipers at the top of their form as you would expect a few days before Wednesday’s Argyllshire Gathering at Oban. Mid-afternoon Robert Wallace gave his tenth Lochaber Gathering Lecture. Forecast for today’s G1 Worlds qualifying is for a dull day with a maximum temperature of 15degs; no sun. Tomorrow is much better with sunny intervals, particularly late afternoon and again a high of 15 degs.
