No Charge to Hear World Class Piping at the Argyllshire’s 150th Anniversary Contest

Enthusiasts will be able to listen to the Argyllshire Gathering’s 150th Anniversary competitions for free, it has been announced. The event will be held in the Argyllshire Gathering Halls, Breadalbane Street, Oban, a week tomorrow, August 25, from 12 noon. Inveraray Games Cancelled

One of the biggest Highland Games on the piping calendar, Inveraray, has been cancelled because of uncertainty over the lifting of lockdown. Piping Convenor James Beaton: ‘A quick note to let you know that Inveraray will not take place this year.
