The Edinburgh Fringe Box Office has sold all of its substantial allocation of tickets for tonight’s Piobaireachd Society Recital in St Cecilia’s Hall, Edinburgh.
However plenty of tickets for the 200-seat auditorium are still available price £10 at the door. The concert features pipers Tom Peterkin, Finlay Johnston, John Dew and Nick Hudson. Time is 7 for 7.30pm.
There will be four piobaireachd before a short interval and four after. There is no tuning, one piper striking up his tune as the other finishes.
There will be a short reception after the concert circa 9.30pm at which refreshment will be available. The pipers and officials from the Society will be present.
