The 50th Annual South West Ross Junior Piping Competition took place on Saturday. The overall winner of the Under 18 section was Calum Craib from Benbecula and the overall winner of the Under 15 category was Finlay Cameron of Roy Bridge. Highlands & Islands Festival Piping – Full Draw Announced

The prestigious Highlands & Islands Festival piping competitions take place a week on Saturday (April 30th) in Oban. There is a healthy entry in all grades. Adjudicators on duty are Iain MacFadyen,  Colin MacLellan, Ronald MacShannon, Stuart Samson, Stuart Shedden and Tom Speirs.
