A full entry at this revived solo piping competition. In a statement the promoters said they were delighted at the support of the piping community for the return of solo piping at their games. Twenty-six entered.
One competitor said: ‘Warm day, cold in the pipers’ area of shade, blistering success for Crieff as it returns to having solo pipers who came from all over the world to support them.’
