Scottish Power Pipe Band were declared the new British Pipe Band Champions today at a sun-drenched St James Playing Fields in Paisley. Vincent Janoski of New Jersey, USA, is the winner of the 2018 piobaireachd composing competition promoted by the Shasta Piping Society of California and the Burley Bagpipe Company.
