Piping Convenor Charles Dunbar: On a slightly overcast and blustery day the Aboyne Green in Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire came to life with the Annual Highland Games. A delightful arena with something for every one – Light & Heavies events, Athletics, Dancing, Fiddling, Tug-o-war, a Hill race, Massed Pipes & Drums and off course solo piping at all levels.
