On the eve of this year’s Australian Pipe Band Championships, Pipe Bands Australia have announced details of their plans for the 2020 contest, their Diamond Jubilee Year. The 114th annual Maclean Highland Gathering took place over the 2018 Easter weekend in the northern New South Wales town of Maclean on the picturesque Clarence River.
