Lonach Games has announced that this year, and for the next 50 years, a generous donor has given £1,000 towards the Piobaireachd competitions, writes Jack Taylor. Normally the Nethybridge Games clashes with the Worlds in Glasgow and as a result the entries for Nethy, the ‘friendly games in the forest’, have been manageable, reports Duncan Watson.
