I sat through most of Grade 2 on Day 2. Unfortunately I was called away and missed the winners, Ravara. All credit to Samual Connolly and his band. The winner of the 57th Silver Chanter was Angus MacColl, Benderloch. His tune was the Lament for the Children. It was Angus’s third win of the prestigious award.
