Back then Edinburgh rivalled Glasgow a the world centre for solo piping with thriving competitions run by the City of Edinburgh Police Pipe Band and the Eagle Pipers’ Society. Firstly congratulations to P/M Ian McLellan BEM on his 80th birthday.
