New Fund to Help RSPBA Juvenile and Novice Juvenile Pipe Bands

A new fund to assist RSPBA Novice Juvenile and Juvenile Pipe Bands has been launched. The National Juvenile Pipe Band Fund will be administered by the RSPBA.
