Ceòl beag is the focus of the second day at Oban with competitions for ‘A’ and ‘B’ grade March and Strathspey & Reel and Jig. There is also the Intermediate MSR for young pipers who played in the MacGregor Memorial the day before, and local contests.

• Check out Day 1 results here.
The Argyllshire Gathering results were in the majority of cases made available within an hour or so of competition completion and the Juniors the following day.????
I stewarded the Gold Medal and the Jig over the two days and passed on the results within an hour and they were published .My fellow stewards did the same.
How come the junior results are never posted on many sites? Without these young players progressing and getting the recognition they deserve solo piping competitions will die out. Give credit where credit is due!
All junior results received are published as and when we receive them.
