  1. I wasn’t impressed with Bught Park yesterday. My elderly sister and I were exhausted walking from the park and ride bus stop to the venue. We couldn’t walk any further than a tea tent. By the time the band’s started in the afternoon the rain started and we had to leave. Very disappointed. My tickets were a mother’s day gift from my son so he was not impressed either.

  2. Hi Robert,
Good to see you looking fit and well yesterday,
I think RSPBA big shots really need to think again about venues.
Yesterday’s venue was a dismal runner up to Forres (in my humble opinion), it was relatively hard to get to, badly laid out and prices were greedily horrendous… £10 for a normal size burger and a wee portion of chips for our hungry offspring.??…I am still in shock and I declined a reviving drink as I was scared to visit the bar type beer tent upgrade as I would probably have ended up in Raigmore hospital.
I suppose we would have to see the venue in better weather to be fair but till I’m convinced otherwise in my mind Forres will take some beating
    Best regards
    Andy

    1. Thanks for that Andy and good to see you too. I have some thoughts on the day which will be in tomorrow’s bulletin from Piping Press. All the best. RW
