
This important invitational amateur competition, now in its 42nd year, was held in St Mark’s Presbyterian Church, Rockville, Maryland, USA, on October 11. Competitors are pictured above.

Invitations are based on results in North American solo contests. Prizes in events with larger numbers of competitors are given special consideration. All invited pipers must have significant results at the highest amateur level in both Piobaireachd and Light Music.
