NZ Youth Pipe Band
This weekend sees two important concerts by the band. There first is in Auckland on October 10 and the second in Hamilton on October 11.

The concerts will feature the band’s critically acclaimed debut album ‘Bound By Sound’ will be supported by Hamilton Caledonian Pipe Band and the support artists who featured on the album.

The National Youth Pipe Band of New Zealand is under the direction of well-known Gold Medallist Stuart Easton. He said: ‘Getting around New Zealand to locations we don’t often perform at is an important part of us showcasing the unique combination of Scottish music and kiwi culture.

‘With most of the band still in place since the CD recording, people with favourite tracks will be able to see those musicians live and doing what they love.

‘The band has been working hard throughout the winter, with a number of members spending time in Scotland competing in solo or band.’
