The SPSL Committee has been very active over the last few months in planning for this year’s Annual Competition and is delighted to announce that entries are now open, via the refreshed SPSL website: www.scottishpipingsocietyoflondon.co.uk
Last year was one of our largest annual competitions, where we welcomed nearly 130 competitors to Kensington Town Hall. This year, the committee has been working hard to consider best use of the venue in response to competitor feedback and in light of changing funding circumstances. We have decided to reduce the number of events at this year’s Annual Competition, a decision taken to safeguard the long-term sustainability of the annual London competition and ensure an enjoyable experience for competitors.
Regrettably, this year we will not be offering events for either the ‘C’ grade or the amateur level. Other events are largely unchanged but please consider the notice for entries carefully. The process for entries is strictly via the refreshed SPSL website. We look forward to receiving your entries and welcoming you to London in November. If you have queries related to the competition, please get in touch: info@scottishpipingsocietyoflondon.co.uk
