Four of the major piobaireachd competitions in world piping were held today in Oban, Argyll.  Ian K. Argyllshire Gathering Piping Competitions Get Underway

The world’s top pipers have arrived in the west Highland town of Oban for the Argyllshire Gathering piping competitions. The ceol mor events are all held today.
