Corgarff Games
Jack Taylor reports: There was a games at Corgarff in Aberdeenshire on Saturday 11 June. Cold rainy day. Only two adults, so events were opened to all making a competition of seven. The organisers added a piobaireachd competition at the request one of the players.

The Lonach Band were in attendance.  What great service they have given to the area with countless engagements over the years.
The picture is of their P/S Michael Laing playing in the piobaireachd on his grandfather’s 1917 Lawrie drones. corgarff-pic
